The Equality Federation is looking for a highly skilled, enthusiastic and motivated leader to become our Director of Development.

As we continue to build our organization, we are seeking an individual who can help us expand as the movement builder and strategic partner to state-based organizations advocating for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people.

We invite experienced fundraising professionals to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Ideal candidates will have proven skills in managing a fundraising program in a sophisticated organization, with extensive major gifts expertise, and a successful track record of personally identifying, cultivating, and soliciting individual donors, corporations, and foundations for support. Experience working in organizations with specialties in policy advocacy, leadership development, and with LGBT constituencies is desirable.

The Federation team is fully distributed and strategically positioned across the country. This full-time staffer can be based anywhere in the United States.
