We’re Hiring a Communications Director

The Federation is looking for a talented and experienced leader who will communicate our brand to our supporters and engage in strategic partnerships with our members.

As we continue to build our organization, we are seeking an individual who can help us expand as the movement builder and strategic partner to state-based organizations advocating for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people.

We invite experienced communications professionals to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Ideal candidates will have expertise in branding, digital media, messaging, and press relations. Experience working in organizations with specialties in policy advocacy and leadership development is desirable.

The Federation team is fully distributed and strategically positioned across the country. This full-time staffer can be based anywhere in the United States.
