A History-Making Summer Meeting: Don't Delay, Register Now

June 26, 2013

In every state across the country, LGBT people are celebrating historic Supreme Court victories. And while our work continues, this Pride month has been one for the history books!

We want to make July just as exciting as June (okay, okay, we want to get as close as we can!) -- so we've pulled together a history-making Summer Meeting with our hosts, Equality Utah.

In addition to the informative and useful workshops and sessions that you've come to rely on over the years, Equality Utah has planned some truly legendary social events!

Watch Pioneer Day fireworks while enjoying a roof top dinner with other state leaders. Walk through Utah's stunning botanic gardens. Visit Park City, the Alpine Heart of the 2002 Olympics. You don't want to miss out on these unforgettable opportunities to explore Utah and Salt Lake City!

To make it easier for groups to attend this unforgettable meeting, we are still offering special discounts to member organizations that bring more than two people! Get your team to Salt Lake City for Summer Meeting, and we’ll drop the cost of standard registration (currently $250). Bring 3-4 team members, and we'll cut the registration to $200 each. Bring more than 5, and you'll only pay $175 each!

Just click here to email Renee Perry and request the discount codes you’ll need for online registration.

Or, if it's just you joining us this year, why not go ahead and register so you're guaranteed a spot?

We've negotiated a discount hotel rate for Summer Meeting attendees at the beautiful Sheraton Salt Lake City. This low rate expires on June 28 -- so don't delay any longer. Book your room at the Sheraton now!

There has never been a better year to join us at Summer Meeting -- board members and staff, included. We’ve planned sessions on communications, fundraising, organizing, board leadership, and beyond so that every member of your team will learn and grow. Click here to download and save our schedule of events.

We can’t wait to see you in Salt Lake City!
