Sy is the Corporate and Donor Relations Manager at Equality Federation. In this role, Sy leverages five years of fundraising, donor stewardship, and event management experience to support donor programming, corporate sponsorships and technical systems that move supporters to action. Sy is a non-binary, Mexican-American fundraiser who doesn't just believe in this work — they live it.

Prior to joining the Equality Federation team, Sy served as a Specialist in the Principal and Major Gifts Department at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, assisting in event planning and stewardship programming. Beyond their role at Equality Federation, Sy serves as the Fundraising Chapter Director for the Techqueria NYC Chapter, helping empower Latine professionals in the tech industry.
