Skye is the Director of Data & Systems at Equality Federation. In this role, Skye leads the organization’s data strategy and infrastructure, fostering a strong security culture while ensuring staff and partners have reliable, actionable information to drive programs, decisions, and impact.

For over a decade, Skye has worked with state-based, national, and international organizations to develop systems, train staff, and increase efficiencies to build resources and grassroots people power for progressive issues – from LGBTQ+ equality to environmental and public health campaigns to empowering youth and survivors of sexual violence.
