Skye is the Data Manager at Equality Federation. In this role, Skye supports the operations of the distributed team with data management and analytics, program evaluation, organized systems, and clear communication, both internally and externally with state partners.

For over a decade, Skye has worked with state-based, national, and international organizations to develop systems, train staff, and increase efficiencies to build resources and grassroots people power for progressive issues – from LGBTQ+ equality to environmental and public health campaigns to empowering youth and survivors of sexual violence.
