Jenn

Jenn is the Senior Director of Communications at Equality Federation. In this role, Jenn works in collaboration with the development and program teams to execute our communications plan by telling the story of our work and the work of our members. She leads our digital and earned media efforts and assists in strengthening the messaging and communications strategies deployed in the states and nationally.

Prior to joining the team, Jenn spent five years as the Communications Manager at the Gill Foundation, one of the nation’s leading funders of efforts to secure full equality for LGBTQ people. Jenn started her career in the LGBTQ movement as a Program Associate at Equality Federation and is happy to be back working for the state-based movement.
