As Organizing & Narrative Shift Strategist, Eziah leads national efforts to connect messaging research, organizing strategy, and community training to strengthen trans-led movements and shift public narratives about transgender people.

Eziah brings more than a decade of experience in LGBTQ+ youth leadership, narrative education, and movement capacity-building. Previously, they served as a Senior Program Officer at True Colors United, where they led national youth leadership initiatives and facilitated trainings and learning spaces across multiple states in partnership with federal and community-based organizations.

Across their work, Eziah focuses on strengthening the connection between narrative, organizing, and leadership development to expand the capacity of LGBTQ+ communities in order to shape culture and drive change.
