Aven is the Event Manager at Equality Federation. In this role, Aven manages the lifeline of all the events the organization hosts. From ideas to designing, planning to managing the operations, Aven focuses on creating intentional events for the team and attendees.

Aven has been in the Event industry for over a decade, working with various vendors and hotels, planning a spectrum of events from weddings to conferences. With an understanding of how different event vendors function, Aven is able to plan events through an honest and equitable approach.
