Addison is the Executive Assistant at Equality Federation. In this role, she supports the organization’s leadership team and can be found taking notes, managing projects, and scheduling meetings for 20+ people across 4 time zones. Her superpower is taking care of people, and you'll almost always see Addison side-by-side with the Federation's executive director, ensuring that tasks are done, work is efficient, and no one is hungry.

Addison left a decade-long career in finance to join the movement to win LGBTQ+ equality. Before joining the Federation, she served as Executive Assistant at Freedom for All Americans, the campaign team working to protect all LGBTQ people from discrimination. As a queer woman, Addison is grateful for the opportunity to use her professional skills and strengths to advance the causes she cares about.
