We're seeking a Grants Manager whose  mission will be to grow and steward the institutional funding that sustains our work and the work of our state partners — authoring the proposals and reports that translate our organizing, advocacy, and leadership development into the language funders fund, and building the systems that make that work repeatable rather than heroic. This helps to impact our strategic plan/priorities by converting mission-aligned relationships into multi-year, flexible revenue, opening a democracy- and labor-aligned funder vertical that expands who invests in LGBTQ+ liberation, and giving our programs team the data infrastructure to show what our movement actually achieves.
