We're seeking a Finance Manager whose mission will be to steward Equality Federation's financial resources with rigor and transparency — running the day-to-day operations that keep us solvent and compliant, while building the systems that make us resilient enough to keep showing up for our members. This helps impact our strategic plan by strengthening the financial infrastructure behind two of our priorities: Resourcing the Movement and Building Sustainably. This role keeps us within budget and audit-ready, moving our regranting from siloed to unified and equity-centered, and builds the financial capacity of state partners so the whole network is stronger.
