Phillip (he/him) is the Executive Director of FreeState Justice, Maryland’s statewide LGBTQ+ legal and advocacy organization. An attorney and nonprofit leader, he has spent his career advancing access to justice and strengthening services for underserved communities. At FreeState Justice, Phillip leads the organization’s legal services, advocacy, community impact, and statewide partnership efforts, with a particular focus on ensuring that LGBTQ+ Marylanders facing economic and systemic barriers have access to the support and representation they need.
