Brielle

Brielle (she/her) currently serves as the Deputy Director of Garden State Equality, which is the largest LGBTQ+ advocacy and education organization in the state of New Jersey, serving all 21 counties. Brielle was named on the Insider NJ’s 2022 Insider OUT 100: LGBTQ Power List, and since has overseen many initiatives helping to bring awareness and solutions to multiple inequities affecting the LGBTQ community. Since the start of 2023, she has traveled the state to speak for the New Jersey Bar Association, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and The Conference Board to name a few, on the National Political Climate, bringing awareness to the Anti-LGBTQ+ laws, and how transformative allyship can create safer spaces. Brielle recently spearheaded the statewide Equality at Work Symposium, which invited over 100 professionals across the state, including Fortune 500 companies, healthcare facilities, government officials, educators, and global corporations, to provide a toolkit to leaders to address the long history of discrimination of LGBTQ+ individuals within the workplace. Brielle believes “Everyone deserves to be affirmed and recognized in their authenticity, in these trying times we MUST not be silent, but band together to show that LOVE WINS EVERYTIME.”
