Registration is Open!

We are excited for you to join our annual Leadership Conference. This year, the Conference will be in Baltimore, Maryland. We will continue to create a safe space for the LGBTQ+ movement to come together, where state partners, national partners, and philanthropic partners connect, inspire, and learn to forge ahead in the work together.

Equitable Pricing Statement

We are committed to making our events accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. To support this goal, we have implemented a tiered pricing structure for state partners and other movement partners. This will ensure that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from programming and networking at the Conference.

Personal care assistants accompanying an attendee as a care worker do not need to pay the registration fee. Please provide their name when you register so we can ensure they have a name tag.

What if I need financial assistance?

We designed our tiered registration options to offer a wide range of pricing options. If you are experiencing financial hardship and cannot cover the cost of the Conference, please contact us: events@equalityfederation.org.

State Partner (Member) Pricing

Our member pricing tiers are designed to accommodate the range of budgets of Equality Federation’s state partners.

MEMBERS ONLY (Budget under $250K): $360.00

This rate is for staff or board members of an Equality Federation state partner organization with an organizational budget of less than $250,000.

MEMBERS ONLY (Budget under $500K): $415.00

This rate is for staff or board members of an Equality Federation state partner organization with an organizational budget of less than $500,000.

MEMBERS ONLY (Budget $500K-$1M): $440.00

This rate is for staff or board members of an Equality Federation state partner organization with an organizational budget between $500,000 and $1 million.

MEMBERS ONLY (Budget $1M-$2M): $490.00

This rate is for staff or board members of an Equality Federation state partner organization with an organizational budget between $1 million and $2 million.

MEMBERS ONLY (Budget over $2M): $515.00

This rate is for staff or board members of an Equality Federation state partner organization with an organizational budget of over $2 million.

Non-Member Movement Partners Pricing

The following pricing tiers are for small to large national nonprofits, corporate partners, funders, and other organizations that are not members of Equality Federation.

Small Organization Discounted Rate (Budget under $1M): $515.00

The small organization discounted rate is for staff or board members of organizations with a budget of less than $1 million.

Medium Organization Discounted Rate (Budget $1-$2M): $645.00

The medium organization discounted rate is for staff or board members of organizations with budgets between $1 million and $2 million.

Sustaining Rate (Budget $2M-$10M): $775.00

The sustaining rate is for staff or board members of organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million. This is the true per-person cost to host this event. By registering at this level, you support the sustainability of Leadership Conference.

Supporting Rate (Budget over $10M): $930.00

The supporting rate is for funders and staff or board members of organizations with budgets over $10 million. Supporting our work at this level allows us to offset the cost of attendance for all-volunteer organizations and small organizations.
