Please join us in extending a warm welcome to the newest members of our state partner network: BlaqOut and the Transgender Resource Center of New Mexico

BlaqOut is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and movement organization working to improve healthcare access and create a safe space for Kansas City's Black LGBTQ+ community. They envision a world where all Black people of queer and trans experience live with dignity and are free from racial injustice and health inequity.

BlaqOut offers easily accessible, no-cost services and five distinct programs focused on turning the tide against the HIV/AIDS epidemic and improving overall health outcomes for Black people of queer and trans experience in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan.

Their core programs include:


Transgender Resource Center of New Mexico supports transgender, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming communities through direct services, education, and advocacy.

TGRCNM offers a number of services and programs to support the transgender, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming communities in New Mexico.

Their core programs include:

  • The Drop-In Center
    Access a range of services, from a shower room and a food pantry, to case management and HIV testing in a safe place for people to get the help they need, connect with community, and be themselves.
  • Support Groups
    TGRCNM hosts a number of support groups for various communities within the trans community at large. 
  • ID Documents
    Resources and assistance with name and gender marker changes for your ID documents.
  • Provider Directory
    A directory of local and remote health care and other service providers, recommended by community and vetted by the TGRCNM team, who have experience serving transgender, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming communities.
