We're seeking an Organizing & Narrative Shift Strategist whose mission will be to help drive forward our narrative change work, with a primary focus on the Trans Organizing & Narrative Shift project—an essential effort to strengthen trans liberation movements and reshape public understanding. The Organizing & Narrative Shift Strategist will ensure the TONS project runs smoothly, stays aligned with community needs, and moves forward in service of justice, equity, and trans liberation. This role supports the Senior Director of Advocacy & Civic Engagement while independently leading core administrative and organizational systems that keep the project coordinated, strategic, and grounded in mission-centered practices.
