Equality Federation is seeking a Culture & Belonging (HR) Manager. The Culture & Belonging (HR) Manager's mission will be the implementation and coordination of our Workplace Culture and Belonging strategy in support of the overall goal of attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent; supporting an organizational culture that is rooted in a racial/gender justice framework and centers the most marginalized in our communities; and owning the continuous development of our organizational sustainability and strengthening practices to establish a community of belonging.
