Jenn Curtin is the Director of Communications at Equality Federation. In this role, Jenn works in collaboration with the development and program teams to execute our communications plan by telling the story of our work and the work of our members. She leads our digital and earned media efforts and assists in strengthening the messaging and communications strategies deployed in the states and nationally.
Prior to joining the team, Jenn spent five years as the Communications Manager at the Gill Foundation, one of the nation’s leading funders of efforts to secure full equality for LGBTQ people. Jenn started her career in the LGBTQ movement as a Program Associate at Equality Federation and is happy to be back working for the state-based movement.
Jenn received a master’s degree in public policy from UMass Amherst, where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. Jenn is originally from Los Angeles.
With your support, we'll be able to continue our work to build the leaders of today and tomorrow, strengthen state-based LGBTQ+ organizations, and make critical progress on the issues that matter most—like protecting transgender people, ending HIV criminalization and ensuring access to care, and banning conversion therapy across the country.
