Garden State Equality is seeking a Director of Training and Transgender Resiliency to manage, with the supervision and assistance of the Deputy Director, Garden State Equality’s robust Training and Transgender Resiliency programs.The Director will be responsible for actively searching for, creatively designing, and implementing effective methods to educate, enhance, and evaluate facilitation, while continuously expanding the organization’s training content. The Director will oversee both the Training and Transgender Resiliency Equity team to execute quality programming, educate on the needs of the LGBTQ+ community, while combating the disparities the trans and nonbinary communities face through programming and other initiatives.
