Cara Pelletier (she/her) holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Certificate in Public Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School. As Sr. Director, Culture and Belonging for Moderna, Cara is responsible for the organization’s diversity and inclusion strategy and programs across the globe. She’s passionate about helping leaders connect their heads with their hearts, create welcoming and inclusive teams, and lead their teams to greater levels of success.
Cara lives in Bangor, Maine with her wife, 2 dogs and 3 cats.
