After seven years with the Federation, our wonderful colleague Renée Perry is stepping down from her position as Director of Operations.
During her time with us, Renée has kept our completely distributed organization running smoothly across four time zones. She has been the backbone of the Federation – helping it to transform from the small staffed office in San Francisco to a team of nine spread out across the country.
Renée has worked tirelessly each year coordinating the Federation Institute’s Annual Summer Meeting, and with her expertise and dedication, each year has been better than the last. From managing key programs to answering any and all of our members’ questions to supporting our team – Renée has made sure this organization continues to thrive.
We are sad to see her go, but are so grateful for all of the work she has done to help the Federation become the organization it is today. We wish her nothing but the best!
